AI for tasks you want to simplify
We build AI assistants that help your team search documents, summarise information and handle recurring inquiries. We start with a defined use case and evaluate its value and quality before expanding it.
Illustrative example
- A defined need
- Value and quality tested
- Clear permissions
When it fits
When information work or recurring inquiries could be handled better, and the results can be checked and their value measured.
What can be included
Use case selection, data and access rules, a first version, tests on representative examples, approval steps and training. The proposal defines the scope.
Scope and price
Before work begins, the proposal sets out what is included, the price and what your team needs to contribute.
Examples of what AI can do
Every business is different, so here are a few examples, grouped by need.

How we introduce AI in your business
We select a task, define what a good result looks like, build and test, and then decide on implementation and further development.
Understand
We go through your workflows and look for tasks that are recurring, time-consuming and follow clear rules.
- You get
- A list of use cases, ranked by value and risk.
- From you
- A few hours with the people who do the work today.
What you receive
An agent carries out defined steps in a workflow, such as sorting an inquiry and preparing a draft for review.
- Tasks
Documented tasks
A description of which tasks the solution carries out.
- Quality
Quality criteria
Agreed criteria for the results and how they are followed up.
- Security
Permissions
Agreed rules for which systems and data the solution can access.
- Control
Human approval
Rules for when a person must approve the result or take over.
Clear rules before AI is put to work
We agree what the solution may do, test how it works and define the checks and approvals required.
Data and provider terms
We check the selected services’ terms for data processing, retention and model training before connecting your information.
Know how your data is handled
We identify the data the solution needs, who should have access and how the providers involved process it. The selected services and storage arrangements are documented as part of the project.
Human approval
Agents act within agreed permissions. Decisions that affect customers or money require a person’s approval.
More time and better quality when AI is used well.

- 25%
faster and 30–34% higher quality when consultants used AI in a controlled study.

more customer issues resolved per hour with an AI assistant, and 34% more for new and less experienced staff.

of working time goes on tasks that generative AI and other technology already have the potential to automate.

Questions about AI
Ask us directly. No question is too small, and there's no obligation.
Ask us a questionWith a task that takes a lot of time and follows clear rules, such as sorting incoming requests or summarising meetings. During the initial assessment we help you find the best candidates.
It can be, with the right tools and rules. We choose services with clear data protection agreements, limit which data is used and document where it is stored.
Most everyday uses count as low risk. The requirements then mainly concern staff having sufficient AI knowledge and making it clear when customers are talking to an AI. We go through what applies to your solutions, but legal assessments are for you to make with a lawyer.
Rarely. Many already have AI in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or their CRM. We start there and only add something new when it clearly pays off.
Sometimes it will. That's why we test on real cases before launch, set limits on what it may do and have a person approve where mistakes are costly.
