We review your goals, processes and systems to agree on the problem and what needs to change.
The same principles apply whether we deliver a project, provide additional capacity or support an existing solution.
You have a named contact and can see what is complete, what is in progress and what comes next.
We explain the options, assumptions and trade-offs so you can decide what is worth doing.
Systems, information and responsibilities are considered together.
You receive documentation, training and clear terms for access and ongoing maintenance.
We start from the systems you have and only choose new ones when it clearly pays off. Here are some of the tools we often work with.

No. We can start with a defined engagement. If you order the systems and workflow review, you receive a decision brief and then choose whether to proceed.
We first assess what can be improved in the systems you have. We recommend a change when it solves a clear problem and makes sense in terms of value, cost and maintenance.
It depends on the scope and your circumstances. The proposal includes a timeline. The separate systems and workflow review takes two weeks based on the agreed scope and start date.
Ownership, access and licences are set out in the proposal. It explains which parts you own, which are licensed, and how your data and documentation will be handed over.
Tell us briefly about your situation, and one of our founders will get back to you within two working days with suggested first steps.
